Relocation Consultant

Location: Tunbridge Wells, Kent (Remote working available). 

Hours: Full time (40 hours per week, Monday-Friday).

Bournes Relocation Solutions are a provider of International Relocation services to the corporate market, including Household Goods Removals and Destination Services and we are looking for an experienced Relocation Consultant to join our growing Corporate Services team. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Managing relocation services for clients, acting as the main point of coordination for Destination Services with relocating assignees.
  • Manage all relocation activities including (but not limited to) home search, serviced accommodation, settling-in services, departure services, school search, furniture rental etc. 
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of third party services. 
  • Develop, maintain and build strong working relationships with relocating employees to support them through their move. 
  • Maintain excellent standards of documentation in our CRM system, following procedures accurately and ensuring compliance with service level agreements, assignee needs and our internal and external quality standards. 
  • Manage daily task diary and file management through the CRM system, including regular reporting presented against client and internal KPIs. 
  • Develop relationships with Corporate Clients and work collaboratively to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, attending client review meetings and presenting reports as required. 
  • Manage relocation budgets and disbursement of funds.
  • Review and approve supplier invoices and manage all invoicing to clients. 

Requirements

We'd love to meet you if you are:

  • Experienced within the Relocation / Global Mobility sector with an understanding of industry quality standards (e.g. FIDI). 
  • Experienced in tenancy management and UK property services and school searches. 
  • Empathetic and courteous to your colleagues, customers, partners and others you deal with, treating them with care and consideration at all times.
  • Great at building and maintaining effective working relationships within your team and other departments.
  • A good communicator (written and verbal) with both customers, colleagues and third parties and are able to build rapport and network effectively.
  • Organised and good at prioritising with excellent attention to detail and time management. 
  • Commercially aware with the ability to manage and control costs. 
  • Experienced in Moveware or other industry CRM (advantageous but not essential).
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite.
