Domestic Operations Manager
Full Time - Based in Rye (Sussex) or Tunbridge Wells (Kent)
This is a full-time role, with responsibility for domestic moving for our Rye and Tunbridge Wells branches.
We are looking for someone who has removals and operational management experience. Knowledge of transport and driving regulations/ laws would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will manage domestic bookings and all related operational tasks, managing resource planning (labour and vehicles). They will manage the domestic crew at both Rye and Tunbridge Wells, so experience in recruitment, managing probation, absence, and performance, along with training and developing teams is important.
Must have strong customer service skills, with a focus on compliance and delivering high standards, good at problem solving, and achieving targets.
Moveware (CRM) experience would be an advantage and must have good IT skills in general.
An HGV Licence and/or Forklift licence is desirable.
Start and finish times will be varied to meet Crew regularly for briefings and 121 meetings.
